The winning builders were chosen based on the results of more than 106,000 surveys administered to recent homebuyers from across the United States in 2017 from over 156 major homebuilders.<\/p>\n<p>In this year\u2019s competition, Rosewood Homes earned 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Place for providing the \u201cBest Overall Purchase &amp; Ownership Experience\u201d in America as determined by homeowners evaluating their home and their homebuilder on 3-comprehensive survey\u2019s administered by Eliant 1-month, 6-months and 12-months after homeowners closed escrow.
