Conducted by the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA) and held at the Westin Kierland in Scottsdale, Rosewood Homes was recognized by a panel of independent industry judges as \u201cSmall Volume Builder of the Year\u201d for the second consecutive year.
