ROSEWOOD HOMES EARNS 6-AWARDS AT 22ND ANNUAL ELIANT HOMEBUYERS CHOICE AWARDS

On Tuesday February 20th, Scottsdale-based Rosewood Homes earned an impressive 6-Eliant Awards at the 22nd annual Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards ceremony held in Orange County California. The winning builders were chosen based on the results of more than 106,000 surveys administered to recent homebuyers from across the United States in 2017 from over 156 major homebuilders.

In this year’s competition, Rosewood Homes earned 2nd Place for providing the “Best Overall Purchase & Ownership Experience” in America as determined by homeowners evaluating their home and their homebuilder on 3-comprehensive survey’s administered by Eliant 1-month, 6-months and 12-months after homeowners closed escrow. Rosewood Homes is the most highly rated Arizona homebuilder in Eliant’s 33-year history with Rosewood having earned top honors 4-times and earning 2nd Place on 3-occassions while consistently ranking in the Top 10 in America.

This year, Rosewood Homes was also recognized in the following categories:
