Rosewood Homes Awarded MAME “Small Volume Builder of the Year” Award for 3rd Consecutive Year

Scottsdale-based Rosewood Homes was honored as “Small Volume Builder of the Year” at the 34th Annual MAME Awards held Saturday April 13th as over 450 people attended Arizona’s foremost homebuilding awards gala. Conducted by the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA) and held at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Rosewood Homes was recognized by a panel of independent industry judges as “Small Volume Builder of the Year” for the 3rd consecutive year in Metro Phoenix for Rosewood’s industry leading efforts.

In addition to earning the “Small Volume Builder of the Year” Award for the 3rd consecutive year, Rosewood Homes also recently earned the prestigious 2019 “Eliant Homebuyers Choice Award” for providing the “Best Overall Purchase & Ownership Experience” in America determined by over 150,000 comprehensive homeowner survey’s where homeowners evaluated their new home, their homebuilder and their overall home ownership experience during their first year of ownership. This marked the 5th time in the past 10-years that Rosewood Homes has been ranked #1 by homeowners in one of the homebuilding industry’s most coveted awards.

In recent years, homeowners also ranked Rosewood Homes #1 on the Eliant Survey for providing the “Best Purchase Experience”, the “Best Construction Experience,” the “Best Customer Service Experience” and the “Best Overall Quality.” This culminated with Eliant CEO Robert Mirman stating that “Rosewood Homes is the undisputed leader in the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience.”
