For emergency service, please use the emergency phone numbers listed in your Homeowner’s Guide.

An emergency consists of:

• Complete loss of heating or cooling during extreme weather
• Water leak that requires water service to be shut off
• Complete stoppage of sewer system
• Any situation that will cause immediate and significant damage to your home

Emergency service should be directed to those subcontractors listed in your Homeowner’s Guide. Direct communication will provide you with faster service. Please also contact the Emergency Line at 480-786-4999 to ensure prompt and satisfactory service.

*In the case of power outage check with your local power company as well as your home’s breaker. If that does not rectify the situation then call the emergency line and the appropriate subcontractor.
